K.R. Technologies Terms of use

Thank you for choosing K. R. Technologies for your IT, software-related services, and consulting needs. These Terms of Use govern your use of our services, including but not limited to software development, IT consulting, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1.Services:

1.1. K. R. Technologies provides various IT and software-related services, including but not limited to:

a. Software development and customization;

b. IT consulting and advisory services;

c. System integration;

d. Technical support and maintenance;

e. Any other services as agreed upon between K. R. Technologies and the client.

2. Service Delivery:

2.1. K. R. Technologies will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Services in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and timelines.

2.2. The client agrees to cooperate with K. R. Technologies and provide necessary information and access to facilitate the delivery of the Services.

3.Fees and Payment:

3.1. The client agrees to pay K. R. Technologies the fees for the Services as specified in the agreement or invoice.

3.2. Payment terms, including invoicing schedule and payment methods, will be agreed upon between K. R. Technologies and the client.

3.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the Services.

4.Intellectual Property:

4.1. All intellectual property rights in any deliverables or work product created as part of the Services shall belong to K. R. Technologies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2. The client may use the deliverables or work product solely for its internal business purposes and in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

5.Confidentiality:

5.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed during the course of the Services.

5.2. Confidential information includes but is not limited to proprietary technology, business plans, and customer data.

6.Limitation of Liability:

6.1. K. R. Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services.

6.2. In no event shall K. R. Technologies's total liability exceed the fees paid by the client for the Services.

7.Termination:

7.1. Either party may terminate the Services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable time.

7.2. Upon termination, the client shall pay K. R. Technologies for any Services provided up to the date of termination.

8.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

8.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi.

8.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Govt.

9.Changes to Terms:

9.1. K. R. Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
